18th Annual Shenandoah Valley Bike Fest - July 25thThe 18th Annual Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Festival--Saturday, July 25th, 2009--offers a variety of scenic rides for both the beginner and the more experienced rider for going on twenty years. The rides range from a 5-mile family-friendly "Stroll" through downtown Harrisonburg to a 100-mile "Century Ride" over the rolling roads of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. The rides start and finish at Our Community Place at 17 E. Johnson Street, right where it crosses N. Main. Registration fee is $25 per rider, if you register by July 11--$30 through to the day of the event. Children under twelve ride for free.
