The Hispanic Committee of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Administration (SBA) are sponsoring a seminar on small businesses. The presentation will be in Spanish. Luis Garcia will discuss business taxes. Morris & Fernandez, a local CPA firm with Spanish capabilities will also be present.
