Harrisonburg Community Health Center

The Harrisonburg Community Health Center is a new community-oriented Family Practice clinic organized to serve the primary health care needs of children and families in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and surrounding areas. It is open for new patients including pediatrics and family practice. Our vision is to improve the health of the Harrisonburg community through accessible and affordable primary health care services that are responsive to community-identified needs. The center participates in all major health insurance programs including Medicare, Virginia Medicaid, and private insurance plans. For patients without other health insurance, HCHC offers a sliding scale option based on household income. Persons seeking sliding scale assistance should bring proof of household income to their clinic encounter.
